Intervention was scheduled for murder suspect Antone Aubrey on January 23. Preliminary hearing is scheduled for January 28 was confirmed with a caveat from Aubrey's attorney that if the Battersby trial starts next week, dates will change.
Time estimate is an hour and half, according to Deputy District Attorney Candace Myers.
