Preliminary hearing was scheduled for human trafficking suspect David Anderson on January 28. Defense has indicated they would file a motion to continue due to discovery. They did. People did not oppose the motion. Judge Timothy Canning granted the motion.
Anderson had entered a 10 day waiver. He entered a 60 day waiver today. Intervention is on February 13. Preliminary hearing is on February 19.
