Setting of murder suspect Lorna Leen's preliminary hearing was scheduled for Jan 24. The hearing was continued to January 30 by stipulation.
Deputy District Attorney Jessica Watson was present for the People. Deputy Public Defender Casey Russo is now representing Leen. Previously, Ms. Rebecca Linkous was Leen's attorney.
Brandon Brocious' family members were at the hearing.
