Verdict in for Mario Alexander case, guilty on all counts

Day 2 of jury deliberations in alleged molestor Mario Alexander's case. Jury started deliberating at 9:30, left for lunch at 11:30. They came back after lunch and they reached a verdict shortly after 3 p.m.

Sentencing is February 28 at 8:30 a.m.

Alexander showed no emotion. He rejected the DA's pre trial offer. The courtroom was silent as each verdict and special allegation was read.

As the jury walked out, Jane Doe #2's mother had tears welling up. After the jury left, you could see Deputy District Attorney Stacey Eads also mist up. I can relate.

Alexander rejected the People's trial offer of 19 years.
