Jury in Michael Black asks, "what happens if they cannot reach an unanimous verdict?"

Jury back from lunch at 1:30, around 2:30 p.m. they had three questions.

First question they had was what elements make up a criminal threat?

Judge Kaleb Cockrum said that he would respond they have to find each element of the criminal threat true.

Second question was was do they have to find at least one of the three statements true to believe that that Russ Clanton was in fear of his life? These are the statements Russ  Clanton said Black made about slitting throat, shooting him and killing him. Judge Cockrum said, please refer to element number 5.

Third question was, "what happens if we cannot come to an unanimous verdict? Judge Cockrum said to let him know.
