Trial setting was scheduled for alleged molestor Michael Franco this morning. His attorney said that since he is starting the Erick Battersby jury trial next week, setting be continued to February 7.
He has a bail review/reduction hearing scheduled on January 30. Nothing was mentioned about that date in court today.
