Deputy District Attorney Roger Rees puts the kibosh on yet another continuance in the Aaron Hooven case

Aaron Hooven was arrested for firing gunshots from his vehicle and then as he put it at arraignment "being chased through Eureka with all these witnesses."

Intervention was scheduled for Aaron Hooven this afternoon. Preliminary hearing is scheduled for January 14. "remains set", for now.

In my last post, I mentioned the number of continuances in this case. Today, Deputy District Attorney Roger Rees put a kibosh on yet another oral motion to continue. Defense has to file a written motion to continue.
