Stockton man poured diesel on his neighbor's porch and set it on fire because he wanted to get rid of a ghost

Cuong Pham, a 38 year old from Stockton is charged with arson and attempted murder.

Security camera video  shows Pham pouring gallons of diesel on his neighbor's front porch and set it on fire. The fire did not fully ignite.

A woman and her two young children were sleeping inside the home at the time.  The family called police.Pham  lives across the street and was arrested.  He told police he did it because he was trying to get rid of a ghost.
