The second People's witness, Moses Hurley admitted he could not remember a lot from "that day" and he was intoxicated but he did corroborate some of Sophie Blake's testimony.
Hurley testified he heard Antone Aubrey tell Angel Aubrey, "I will show you what kind of little brother I am."
The third witness Henry Alameda, Jr. had a change of heart in court about what he told Detective Jennifer Turner. Statements he claimed he could not recall in court today or did not say were impeached later by Detective Turner's testimony.
The fourth civilian witness Lenny Moreau who was at the courthouse earlier did not show up to testify, despite being subpoenaed.
The last witness was Detective Jennifer Turner.
The gist is that while no one saw the actual shooting, several people saw Antone Aubrey with a gun, they heard gunshots and then they saw Angel Aubrey fall or lying on the ground on her back.
Dr. Mark Super conducted the autopsy. Cause of death for Angel Aubrey was gunshot wound to the head.
Two women talking with Mr. Russ Clanton during the break. They spoke constantly during testimony and laughed.
