Central District of California Judge S. James Otero dismissed Stormy Daniels' lawsuit against President Trump over a hush-money settlement today.
Judge Otero said the lawsuit was irrelevant after President Trump and his former lawyer Michael Cohen agreed to rescind a nondisclosure agreement Daniels signed in exchange for a $130,000 payment.
