Antone Aubrey's preliminary was continued to April 5. Intervention scheduled for April 3.
A hearing is scheduled on March 8 at 10:15 in Courtroom 4 for determination of conflict.
Conflict Counsel was appointed. Conflict Counsel confirmed that appointment today.
Deputy District Attorney Candace Myer is prosecuting the case. Deputy Public Defender Luke Brownfield had been appointed to represent Aubrey.
