For the second time in a row, due to scheduling by the DA, there is a lengthy break in the Goldberg case

"Don't worry about these breaks, everything is on schedule," Judge Graham Cribbs told the jury.

Yesterday, we had a two hour lunch break. Today, a three hour lunch break. We have had court end early, at least once. What is the point of an all day trial?

Maybe this case should have been half days. There are numerous jury trials, one trailing this case, and not enough courtrooms.

The jurors have given up a significant amount of time for this trial, including jury selection. No expert witnesses have caused these delays.
