DA files complaint against Kody Marcelli for assault by means of force likely to cause great bodily injury

Marcelli entered a plea on January 23. That was for one 2017 case. At that time, the DA's office was investigating another incident from September 2017.



The DA filed charges resulting from the September 2017 incident and sent an arraignment letter to Kody Marcelli. He can show up on March 26 or a warrant for his arrest will be issued.


Alleged victim is Gary Harner.

With the January 23 plea, Marcelli got three years probation with five days in jail. Marcelli got credit for two days. He has a future date to serve the three days in jail or sign up for SWAP. His attorney for this cade was Mr. Greg Rael.
