Wesley Starritt was held to answer on charges after his preliminary hearing this afternoon.
Count 1 is assault with a deadly weapon other than a firearm. Special allegation for Count 1 is inflicting great bodily injury.
Alleged victim is Peter Ian Marks.
Deputy District Attorney Brent Kling is prosecuting the case. Deputy Public Defender Luke Brownfield is representing Starritt.
