19 year old Wesley Starritt was arraigned on January 31. Count 1 is assault with a deadly weapon other than a firearm. Special allegation for Count 1 is inflicting great bodily injury.
Alleged victim is Peter Ian Marks. Bail was set at $50,000.
He has an OR/Bail hearing scheduled for today. No supervised release report requested. OR was denied.
