Second doctor also agrees that Clayton Lasinski is incompetent to stand trial

A second doctor was appointed to evaluate Clayton Lasinski. That doctor's report also found Lasinski to be incompetent.

    Let's evaluate the doctors for being incompetent. I forgot, I saw him checking in at the HOLIDAY INN. No wonder!
