Her had an OR/bail hearing this afternoon. Her has multiple failures to appear and bench warrants on his kidnapping case. According to the jail, he has a no bail status.

Humboldt DA has agreed to re-designate 801 past cannabis convictions from felonies to misdemeanors
In keeping with the letter and spirit of a 2018 California State Assembly Bill (AB 1793) which charged prosecutors with addressing past cannabis-related convictions to align them with current laws, the Humboldt County District Attorney has identified 801 convictions dating back to 1982 and agreed to their re-designation from felonies to misdemeanors.
In Ward 2, Dorothy Jager Wentworth has filed a form 501 and in the 4th Ward Liza Welsh has completed a form 501."
I checked with City of Eureka clerk Pam Powell if anyone had picked up forms for Eureka City Council Ward 2 and Ward 4 .
Saw this in Old Town before, now right next to Eureka City Hall
It's been at least a couple of years since I saw and photographed similar destruction in Old Town. This one is near Eureka City Hall. I can still smell smoke.
