"The victims have objected to every single continuance."

Trial confirmation for alleged molestor Mark Dare was scheduled for July 1. Jury trial is scheduled for for August 17. Alleged victims are his stepdaughters.



Deputy District Attorney Whitney Timm is the prosecutor for this case. Public Defender Marek Reavis is Dare's attorney.

Mr. Reavis told Judge Wilson that, " I am not prepared to proceed. My experts at UC Davis are unavailable and I don't have dates." Mr. Reavis requested a setting date.

Ms. Timm asked for a written motion to continue and a declaration. "The victims have objected to every single continuance."

Further trial confirmation and hearing on motion to continue is on July 15.
