The guy at the Courthouse earlier today was identified by a reader. Her first message at 7:59 p.m. was "That guy was David Couch. He went to jail after that he threaten to kill me."
She sent me two videos I will post on the Facebook page.
Jail staff just verified David Gene Couch was booked and in custody for felony charge of criminal threats and misdemeanor charge of resisting a police officer. HCSO made the arrest. Bail is $25,000. He posted bail on August 2.
