Convicted sexual batterer Ralph Horn died at the hospital on July 13. He was transported there after experiencing a medical emergency.
The District Attorney's Office had filed a petition to declare him a sexually violent predator.
On July 17, that petition was officially dismissed since Horn is deceased.
