Trial setting was scheduled for Sean Allman this morning.
Allman is charged with Count 1 Terrorizing or Obstructing Exercise of Religion. Count 2 is Criminal Threats. Both counts pertain to the Episcopal Diocese of Northern California.
Deputy District Attorney Whitney Timm is the prosecutor for the case. Mr. Ben Okin is Allman's attorney.
Mr. Okin had expressed concerns witnesses had about COVID 19. He reiterated those concerns as well as the impact of the coronavirus on the courts today to Judge Timothy Canning.
At his request, trial confirmation was scheduled for November 18; jury trial on December 7.
DA Maggie Fleming appeared on the case today. She agreed with Mr. Okin's request.
