"The two newspapers and two TV stations said they wanted to interview me but they are not here," said Mr. Arlie Capps, Cornelius Lowenstein's attorney.

I spoke with Mr. Capps right after Judge Kelly Neel denied Councilmember Kim Bergel's request for a restraining order against Loewenstein.

"Today is more than a victory for Cornelius Loewenstein," said Mr. Capps. "It is a victory for all citizens, for free speech and uncensored political discussion as protected by the Constitution and California Constitution."
