High risk parolee, peeping Tom and convicted sex offender Charles Flinn resolved four cases today at trial assignment after District Attorney Maggie Fleming accepted the offer made by defense.
Flinn's attorney is Mr. Joe Judge.
Flinn was sentenced to a prison sentence in one case but his custody credits were more than that so he was ordered released by Judge Kaleb Cockrum and reinstated on parole.
Flinn has to register has a sex offender. Flinn claims he has a job waiting for him. Flinn is clean shaven now and has hair and as most inmates, looks nothing like his booking photo.
Flinn has multiple arrests and multiple violations of parole.
