Trial setting for murder suspect Ulisses Rodriguez was scheduled today. Further trial setting is scheduled for August 19.
Judge Timothy Canning granted defense request for an order on a motion to seal the disclosure of a confidential informant. Once the motion is filed,a hearing will be scheduled.
Ms. Andrea Sullivan is Rodriguez's attorney. John Doe, the confidential informant and relevance has been covered in detail in several previous posts.
Deputy District Attorney Roger Rees is the prosecutor for this case. Deputy DA Trent Timm appeared on the case today.
