Received this email today. It is always nice to receive these emails or messages in person. I have excluded the name of the sender and the personal greeting to me.
This adds a different perspective into Ewa Misztal. More importantly, at this time, it was a good reminder of the decency and kindness in humanity.
"I was at Cambridge with Ewa Misztal and knew her reasonably well back then. She was bright and charismatic - and whilst I knew of some
her anxiety/depression issues from back then - I always thought she would have a bright future in whatever she chose to do in life. I am saddened by
what's happened to her since I last knew her over 12 years ago. I stumbled across your reporting through Google and wanted to say thanks for your
work in reporting how her case unfolded for the past 4 years. Whilst terrible reading - I really appreciate the work you put in covering this tragedy and only wanted to contact to say 'thank you'."
