Evidentiary hearing for murder suspect Ryan Tanner was scheduled for July 28. Mr. Russ Clanton was still in Courtroom 3 as of 1:55 as one of his other clients was entering a plea.
This hearing started at 2 p.m. and is still going on as of 4:40 p.m. It was supposed to be a two hour hearing but it continues tomorrow.
Dr. Jennifer Wilson and Dr. Williams testified for the defense. Tomorrow, Dr. Wilson and DA Investigator Marvin Kirkpatrick testify for the People. Defense said they are going to present several more witnesses.
Deputy District Attorney Whitney Timm is the prosecutor for the case. Mr. Russ Clanton is Tanner's attorney.
