Two men and one woman detained and cuffed, two EPD cars and one CHP car

Two guys on the sidewalk mentioning Chico and Sacramento.  EPD Officer Camaron Hooks mentioned something about Oroville. Search of trunk and car.

CHP officer left shortly after he arrived.

The bald guy is laughing as Officer Hooks pulls a plastic baggie out of the car. Looked like weed.

1:24.Younger guy in blue shirt was searched and placed in the bacl of a patrol car. EPD Officer Hooks just put two weapons in car, one is concealed. Saw one knife. The weapons were confiscated.

1:32: No arrests. All three released with warning.
