This is from the jail log. It just says released to law enforcement. Ralph Arnold Horn, deceased, yesterday at 3:54 p.m.
I have sent an email to HCSO PIO Samantha Karges to get more information. I asked if the body was released to the coroner. I also asked, Is this a natural death? Homicide? COVID death? Other health reasons? She is following up on my request and I will update the post if there is any more information.
I have been covering a Ralph Horn currently in custody who was convicted of sexual battery. The DOB is the same.
There was a hearing scheduled on July 17 about the admissibility of pyschological evaluations to get Horn declared a sexually violent predator.
