The DA filed gang allegations in the Lincoln Warren homicide case, how many continuances are needed to answer the motion to compel?

Ms. Rebecca Linkous, William Warren's attorney provided me this statement which I added to my June 25 post. I reported on the gang expert first, I add updates to previous posts when there are continuances and there have been several on Ms. Linkous' motion to compel. Yesterday, once again the hearing was continued to July 28. The DA needs to address Ms. Linkous' motion and the judge hearing the motion needs to make sure that the motion and answers I provided by that date.

Ms. Linkous told me, "We are still trying to resolve the discovery/evidence issues, especially as to any  evidence showing this was some gang crime obo and at direction of Norteno Mexican street gang-which we have so far not gotten, and which is a completely separate and distinct charge with very specific evidence required, and much higher level of preparation, research, experts, etc. The hearing was continued to July 28 to give prosecution one more chance to provide discovery/ evidenceon that date and they will be required to address each item in my motion to compel and either say they've provided it, or they can't provide it. "
