Does Sheriff Honsal being on the 2nd floor of the courthouse this afternoon mean anything?

**Photo I took of Sheriff William Honsal, HCSO Erin Inskip and an interpreter at the June 29 press conference on the Miranda's Rescue investigation **

Heard he was here this afternoon, sometime before 2:15 since I did not see him. Third search warrant for Miranda's Rescue?

It is not usual for Sheriff William Honsal to be on the second floor of the Courthouse. There could be many reasons.

I also just saw HCSO Det. Julian Aguilera who authored the first search warrant but seeing him is on the second floor is not unusual with the preliminary hearings and cases scheduled today.

Unlike some in Humboldt, Det. Aguileta, who is a very nice man has always been professional and civil with me. He reminds me of Retired HCSO brass who understood I do my job and why I speak or write what I do. Unlike the other desk jockeys, I am out in the field observing law enforcement and the courts and I face the hostility and challenges they do.

An update to this related post.

Yesterday, I spoke with someone who also said that Jenna Moore told her about getting away with the CHP stop and Jenna Moore mentioning an invitation from Sheriff Honsal. This source said that Jenna Moore called Sheriff Honsal and demanded to be at the press conference and that Sheriff Honsal chose to answer her questions privately. Is that transparency?
Jenna Moore is not media. She is a complaining party who admitted to trespassing and has done a vigilante investigation on her own before going to HCDO. This is in both search warrants and affadavits for the Miranda's Rescue investigation. Having her there was detrimental to media asking questions. It was a surprise ambush.
