After 5 continuances, a failure to appear and 8 hearings, instead of preliminary hearing on 7/8/26, assault and criminal threats suspect Hunter Taula-Sanson was granted 1 year diversion by Humboldt Superior Judge Kaleb Cockrum. Travel restrictions were lifted. Deputy District Attorney Brandon Boozari appeared on the case for the People. Deputy Public Defender David Celli for Taula-Sanson. Disposition/reset is scheduled for 7/8/27.
