Convicted arsonist Darin Paul Carlson was arrested by Arcata Police Department yesterday for PC 457.1(h) failure to register, PC 452 (b) reckless burning and PC 148 (a) (1) resisting arrest.
Kevin Erubiel Ornelas Navarro was arrested yesterday by Fortuna Police Department for PC 311.1(a)(1) possession of child pornography.
