Coast Central Credit Union settles class action lawsuit

 

In April 2026, I did this post on two lawsuits filed by Jackson Crockett vs Coast Central Credit Union. 

On 7/6/26, there was a Case Management Conference in CV2600037. The parties have reached a settlement in that class action lawsuit. A status conference is scheduled in that case on 10/30. I checked the other case CV2600541 and it still shows a CMC on 9/4/26.
