22 year old Robert Kelsey was booked into the Humboldt County jail on an arrest warrant yesterday for two counts of PC 261.5(c) statutory rape.
This arrest warrant is from a 2026 case filed 3/2/26. No arraignment date yet. I will add the complaint.
