I did not have to include the letter but I have for the readers who will give feedback to Humboldt County to First District Supervisor Rex Bohn and other Supervisors.

Of course it Rex, always seeking glory and recognition who sponsored this agenda item where government takes no responsibility for lawsuits and blames everyone else. If the lawsuit has no merit or is frivolous, a judge can see through and dismiss the litigation.

There are reasons people sue government and other entities who are part of this coalition. 

I have covered numerous lawsuits against Humboldt County and for decades pointed out the taxpayer burden. I did that before I had the blog.

This coalition is people paid and funded by taxpayers and they get rich as a result of these positions. Rex, who has served more terms than any Humboldt County Supervisor. The taxpayer funded gig is easy and his ego and buffonery grows with each term.

Other than Rex and his good ole boy and gals who benefit from him; Rex refusing to step down is a cost the taxpayers of Humboldt County. 

Rex's good ole boys and gals sue the County so him sponsoring this agenda item is a joke. He defends other good ole boys like Sheriff William Honsal. Search my blog on the lawsuits against the County of Humboldt.

These arrogant, overpaid, entitled people shirk responsibility and are looking to further take away rights the public has which are already limited if you sue government in California.

While profiting off government positions is not Humboldt or California specific; the multiple conflicts of interest locally are obvious to anyone who pays attention and is informed.

Let's see if the local media tools cover this agenda item and if they cover it without talking points from Rex, the County or doing a PR fluff piece.

One can read the letter and spin it anyway they want, I am interested in the opinion and feedback from lawyers who have previously sued and won against the County of Humboldt or have pending litigation against the County of Humboldt.
