Took the photos at 9:10. This in the alley between 4th and 5th near I streets. Eureka Police Department is still searching the vehicle.
9:25 The vehicle is being towed.One EPD police services truck and two EPD vehicles.
EPD Police Operations Analyst Rachel Sollom told me, "It was related to a non-injury traffic collision. No arrests made."
