Caltrans employee charged with domestic violence, false imprisonment and forcible oral copulation

 

I was the first to report on Caltrans employee David Orluck's arrest with exclusive details in each post.

Orluck posted bond and I have been checking to see if charges were filed regularly. The DA filed charges on 7/10. There is no arraignment date yet in e court.

Orluck is charged with 5 felonies and one misdemeanor including domestic violence, false imprisonment and forcible oral copulation.

No other local media has reported on this case. Will RHBB cover it given Kym Kemp connections?
