Walked up to see EPD Commander Leonard LaFrance, EPD Commander Wayne Rabang and two police officers place someone in a patrol vehicle outside the Humboldt Public Defender's Office. I saw Deputy Public Defender David Celli thank EPD.
Commander LaFrance confirmed it was an arrest for public intoxication. Based on the repeat offenders who hang out there, I can guess who was taken into custody.
