Kudos to Humboldt County DA for declining Lincolns' immunity request in exchange for testimony in the Sarkozy trial; especially after the plea deal Gregory Kreis got Cotc Lincoln in a co-defendant criminal case

 

On October 6, I did a post on convicted criminal and repeat offender Nicholas Sarkozy's jury trial in one of his three cases. I have been adding updates to that post about the trial. In that post, I wrote convicted criminal Cotc Lincoln is one of the witnesses.

Mr. Gregory Kreis' client Cotc Lincoln already got a plea deal in a co-defendant case that he should be grateful for; then he got greedy. This is one of the posts on Lincoln's case.

Yesterday, I saw Mr. Kreis with two people, a man and a woman, outside Courtroom 5 where Sarkozy's trial is cureently going on; HCSO never released Lincoln's booking photo. If you read the October 16  court minutes for Sarkozy's trial, you will see Cotc and Winona Lincoln were seeking immunity for their testimony. The Humboldt County District Attorney's office declined that request. The Lincolns ended up testifying.
