In July, I did a post on a three year restraining order that was granted against Jason Belt. I also reported on another lawsuit filed by Nationwide Agribusiness Insurance Company against Belt.
The petitioner for the restraining order was Darwin Mazur. This post is a recent update on that case.
The hearing on 8/30 continued to 9/11.On 9/11, Belt's request to terminate restraining order was scheduled.The 9/15 date was vacated. Belt's motion was denied.
