Harbour Coffee and Wine is for sale, owners are moving from Humboldt

I have written about Harbour Coffee and Wine in Myrtletown a few times. This week I heard a couple customers ask about Harbour being up for sale, I confirmed it is on the market. I saw on Facebook owners John and Sara Salmon are moving from Humboldt. Harbour has been in business less than two years.

It is uncertain if the business will remain as an option for a coffee, a bagel, small snack or a glass of wine. Myrtle Avenue has no other place like this and sit down options in Myrtle are few. I know most of the staff and their future at this time is uncertain. There have been inquiries. If you have $25,000, you could be the next owner.

Since I did this post, I heard Jitterbean is interested. No paperwork has been filed with the County to confirm that as of 9/12. I contacted Jordan Roberts at Jitterbean on 9/13. Roberts never called me back. On 10/5, I spoke with John Salmon. Jitter Bean will not be taking over this location but there are other potential parties interested.
