Allen McCloskey's facebook post can't even get the prosecutor's name right

I have court documents and information in the post. People can compare court records and facts  to your ridiculous Facebook post and claims.

The name of the Humboldt County prosecutor for your case is Brandon Boozari. What other errors could there be in your facebook post about your Humboldt Superior Court case?

At least, you listened and did not send me this pathetic excuse of nonsense. I published enough of your stuff when no one else did. This time you chose to send this ridiculous "press release" to other media, how did that work for you? You are two faced and fickle like many in Humboldt that you criticize so get off your high horse.

For all of your grand claims, you haven't made a dent against those in power. Now, let's see how you fare in federal court with your lawsuit against the County? Allen, you can brag if you actually make a difference and defeat the entrenched powers in Humboldt County and the change benefits the entire community. Many people have been targeted and retaliated against by the good ole Humboldt Connected, they lost a lot more than you. They all have more credibility than you. They all were destroyed because they were in the way of the Humboldt cabal and spoke up for others. They did not do it for self centered reason. They were more effective than you. Gloating about a case that only impacts you is not newsworthy.

The jury started deliberations at 11:37 a.m, took lunch at 12:05.  Sent notes after lunch, sent two notes and had a verdict by 4:32 p.m. Less than four hours of deliberation.

Allen, you may have been acquitted but what is the whole story and why? The DA prosecutes the case but HCSO did the investigation. The case's strength depends a lot on evidence. Deputy DA Boozari is younger and one of the new hires in the DA's office compared to the more experienced Deputy Public Defender Casey Russo. Any victory is not yours Allen. 9/8 was 4th day of jury trial. The jurors were sworn in on 9/6, the second day of jury trial.

Juries come to a certain verdict for various reasons. Even without sitting in and watching your trial, I could guess on some of the reasons but I won't. Without independently talking to all jurors about your innocence and guilt, speculating on the verdict and why they came to that particular decision is useless.

Before your preliminary hearing Allen, the People dismissed Counts 3 and 4. You were then held to answer to Counts 1 and 2 by a Judge. Arraigned on information for those counts for the jury trial. There was probable cause to proceed to trial.

You were arrested. Fact. You had a trial. Fact. The case and the final outcome was reported on this blog. Fact. Just like any other case and for any other defendant. All that can and is reported in more than your case.

Allen, all you do is threaten lawsuits. Your "legal team" needs to brush up on the law. You don't get to dictate to press what they can write about you and expect it will only be when it is convenient to your agenda and your need for grandstanding.

In his latest letter posted on September 11, Allen has  tagged several people on Facebook, Allen misspelled Deputy DA Roger Rees' name. Allen wants to sue the County and wants a pre litigation settlement. There is no lawyer.

As the recent letter on your Facebook indicates, your motivation is to get money from the County so spare us all the self righteous claims you have made in months about rights and justice. Many people have been wronged in Humboldt, lied about, slandered. They also could be entitled to money. Many of these people have chosen to work for the good of the community, to expose injustice, to improve Humboldt. What have you achieved Allen?

They haven't sued the County. Your own past and record is public. Think the County lawyers are unaware. A google search would bring up enough research.
