On September 27, 2023, homicide suspect, Destinee Rhamy, surrendered to the Humboldt County Correctional Facility and was booked on her warrant for murder. Rhamy is being held on $750,000 bond. EPD Assistant Chief Brian Stephens just issued this update to last week's press release about the investigation.
Eureka Police Department had issued an arrest warrant for Holland Elbik's roomate after it was determined that Elbik was stabbed to death during a physical altercation.
