Convicted felon Frank Aaron Henry who already had arraignment scheduled for 9/19 was arrested yesterday on warrant which I reported in my last post. I am the only one who has done several posts since Henry led multiple law enforcement agencies on a pursuit that started in Eureka and ended in Arcata. Henry posted bond. The DA filed a new 2023 case on 8/31 with hit and run charge.

9/19 : Henry was arraigned on two cases. Conflict Counsel was appointed. Preliminary hearing on November 6 in the felon in possession case and pre-trial in the hit and run case which is trailing.
10/6: Henry passed away unexpectedly on 9/29 according to an obituary published today.
11/6: Today in court, Deputy Conflict Counsel Owen Tipps informed Judge Steven Steward and Deputy District Attorney Trent Timm that Henry had passed away. Both Henry's cases were dismissed by the People.
