McDonalds in Eureka is closed temporarily, Burger King needs another Environmental Health visit

Just a few minutes ago, you could have ordered Big Mac and chicken nuggets but their system is down so no lobby or drive thru. The manager and staff suggest you call to check and see if they are open later. McDonalds is fast food and they may get your order incorrect occasionally but at least I have never been sick from eating there. The level of customer service at McDonalds is better than Wendys and definitely better than Burger King.

I made the mistake of going to Burger King across the street. The owners could have made money but they obviously don't care about the quality or the customers. Haven't been there since I had to call the Humboldt Environmental Health a couple of years ago because the staff was too lazy to cook the food they serve properly. The Department of Health did go out. Some of the new staff is just as lazy. One guy said, " I will tell people our system is down too." Then proceeded to reheat onion rings sitting out for who knows how long and serve them. I don't like to waste food but I took one bite and even the sandwich prepared in front of me was rancid. 

I am not even going to bother to call the owners this time. I have heard more complaints about the food and filthy conditions about the Burger King locations in Humboldt than any other place. This is an owner issue so why are they still in business Humboldt Environmental Health ? Maybe others who spoke to me after the post will contact the Humboldt Environmental Health? Since there is selective enforcement in Humboldt, it is better to give feedback directly to corporate for both fast food chains.
