Amy Renee Brilbeck was arrested by Eureka Police Department yesterday on a warrant for PC 182(a) (1) conspiracy to commit a crime, PC 148.9 (a) false identification to a police officer, VC 10851(a) vehicle theft and VC 12500(a) driving without a license. She was released on OR.
10 cases come up for her in a Humboldt Superior court search. She has two open 2023 cases. Arraignment is on 10/23.
10/23: Brilbeck failed to appear for arraignment. Bench warrant issued $25,000 by Judge Kelly Neel.
