In my last post on the breach of contract lawsuit filed against Joe Mazzotti by Wallace and Hinz Bar Company, I wrote, that after agreeing to a settlement in one of the lawsuits against him for breach of contract, Joseph Mazzotti "went missing in action."
There was a continuance in July. Mazotti was not in court again for the case management conference on 8/25. Wallace and Hinz's lawyer said Mazzotti is not cooperating. A court trial is scheduled for 10/4.
This is the second lawsuit against Mazzotti for breach of contract. You can read more about the Itria Ventures LLC lawsuit in my April 2021 post. There is a hearing in that case on 10/20.
Besides being a deadbeat, I have heard Joe make creepy remarks about young 20 year old TV reporters and seen him ogle women. If Joe wants me to name a specific place, I can. Another Humboldt good ole fake "Christian" poser "happily married" that people in this community still continue to support. Another creep like Brian Senteney doing the same creepy behavior at a Zoo event with another reporter and with other women at another place .
These two aren't the only men in Humboldt political and business circles who behave like this but the ones I have observed are all white, good ole boy locals. I guess this is what passes as"success" in Humboldt.
They include both conservatives and liberals and I wish I didn't have a good memory about specific places and what I observed. I use my name and I have the receipts unlike the anon lies and baseless attacks that are the "Humboldt way" of people I and others hold accountable. All those in Humboldt who gossip, lie, smear and treat others like crap gdt away with it because they can. Don't judge people on the booking log or others when your own life and behavior is a cesspool.
10/11: There are still no minutes for the court trial on 10/4. There was a request for entry of default filed by Wallace and Hinz' attorney on 9/21.
