Jake Combs rejects voluntary manslaughter offer to resolve Alderpoint homicide case

 


Today jury trial was confirmed for Alderpoint homicide suspect Jake Combs. He declined PC 192 (a) voluntary manslaughter offer to resolve the case. Time estimate is 4 weeks. Victim is Trevor Earley.

Deputy District Attorney Whitney Timm is the prosecutor. Deputy Public Defender Ben McLaughlin is Combs' attorney.

Trial assignment scheduled on 7/21. Jury  trial scheduled to start on 7/24.
