Christopher Judevine was arrested on 7/26 by Eureka Police Department for PC 148 (a) 1 resisting arrest and PC 243(b) battery on a peace or police officer. That battery was on hospital staff. I posted about that arrest. Jail log states Judevine was released to medical facility.
He was arrested again on 7/27 by Arcata Police Department for PC 148 (a) (1) resisting arrest, VC 20002 (a) hit and run and VC 23152 (f) driving under the influence of drugs. So far, Judevine is in custody.
He has a conviction in a 2016 traffic case and an open family law case.
On 8/3, the DA filed two charges for battery and resisting arrest. There was no charge for the hit & run. Arraignment is on 9/7.
9/7: Public Defender appointed at arraignment. Trial confirmation on 12/7; jury trial on 12/18.

12/7: 12/18 date vacated. Trial setting on 3/13/24.
