Judge files minute order to correct court minutes about his ruling and spelling of name in Acosta's case

 

Associate Justice Stuart  Pollak is the judge assigned to Michael Acosta and Sarah Carroll's case. A minute order was filed today to correct the court minutes which incorrectly stated a portion of the ruling and the correct spelling of his name.
